  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, ensuring an even coat.
