  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon or ham
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Slice the croissants in half horizontally and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook them sunny-side up or your preferred style.
