The key to this dish lies in selecting the right ingredients, ensuring quality and freshness. Just as I learned from my family, using the best ingredients transforms a meal into a memory.
- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of each lobster tail shell, stopping just before the tail.
- Carefully pull apart the shell to expose the meat, then gently lift it over the shell while keeping it attached at the tail end.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and smoked paprika.
- Brush the garlic butter generously over each lobster tail, reserving some for basting.
- Season the tails with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, basting with the reserved butter halfway through, until the lobster meat is opaque and tender.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
