Learn how to make delicious Garlic Butter Lobster Tails. Easy recipe with step-by-step instructions.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

The key to this dish lies in selecting the right ingredients, ensuring quality and freshness. Just as I learned from my family, using the best ingredients transforms a meal into a memory.

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of each lobster tail shell, stopping just before the tail.
  3. Carefully pull apart the shell to expose the meat, then gently lift it over the shell while keeping it attached at the tail end.
  4. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and smoked paprika.
  5. Brush the garlic butter generously over each lobster tail, reserving some for basting.
  6. Season the tails with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, basting with the reserved butter halfway through, until the lobster meat is opaque and tender.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
