  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, and sauté until translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add garlic, bell peppers, and continue to sauté until the peppers are tender, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  3. Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the ground turkey. Cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until it’s no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
