Learn how to make delicious Christmas Cheesecake Tacos Festive. Easy recipe with step-by-step instructions.

Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 package of small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Assorted holiday sprinkles for decoration
  • Fresh berries or mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Feel free to substitute the flour tortillas with corn tortillas if you prefer a gluten-free option. The cinnamon and sugar mixture can be adjusted to taste, and for a richer flavor, consider adding a pinch of nutmeg.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter. Coat each side with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  4. Fold the tortillas over the bars of your oven rack to create a taco shape. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove carefully and let cool.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  7. Using a piping bag or spoon, fill each cooled taco shell with the cheesecake mixture. Decorate with holiday sprinkles and, if desired, garnish with fresh berries or mint leaves.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve, allowing the cheesecake to set slightly.
